Sponsoring arrangement

The African Pavilion at BioFach 2008 is a 500m² stand with exhibitors from Sub Saharan Africa. Africa needs more attention and this event will make it very visible at Biofach. In addition to the Pavilion there will be a one day symposium. We, the organizers, write to you as importing companies and certifiers that works with or in Sub Saharan Africa and ask you to be a part of this event.

You are welcome to have a stand in the African Pavilion of minimum 6m2. Register fast to be sure of a location. Download the application form [word file 95kb]. Obviously any stand in the Pavilion should have an African focus.

You are also invited to be a sponsor

Sponsor alternatives:

•  You can have your logo on a poster which will read: ”We support organic Africa ”. It will be displayed at the pavilion information desk. You will also receive a sign that you are supporting Africa through your activities which can be placed in your own stand. [Contribution €500,-]

•  You can sponsor with food and/or drinks for the reception which will be served on Friday evening. This will be made known through a special pamphlet which is available during the reception.

•  You can provide the African Piazza with free snacks of products from Africa . This will be made known by signs.

•  You can be a gold sponsor for the symposium. The money will be used to support African speakers in the symposium. Your logo will be displayed in the conference program and on the wall during the conference.[Contribution € 5,000.-]

•  Sponsor one participant to attend the Biofach and exhibit [€ 5 000,-]

•  Sponsor a VIP person to speak at the Biofach symposium. [€ 7 500,-]
